Delete Account
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, saved artwork, progress, and purchase history. This cannot be reversed once processed.
How to Request Deletion
We do not currently offer in-app account deletion. To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, please send an email to our support team with the details below.

Compose an email
Send an email to info@yellowwhale.ventures with the subject line "Coloroo — Delete My Account".

Include your account details
Provide the email address or username associated with your Coloroo account so we can locate and verify your data.

We'll confirm and process
Our team will respond within 7 business days to confirm your identity and begin the deletion process. All personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days of confirmation.

What gets deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All saved coloring artwork and progress
- Purchase history and unlocked content records
- Any personally identifiable information stored on our servers
What is retained
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (not linked to your identity)
- Transaction records required by law for tax and compliance purposes
