Privacy Policy
Puzzloo currently works without a Puzzloo account, advertising, analytics, or a Yellow Whale Labs cloud service for normal puzzle gameplay.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Puzzloo: Find & Spot Puzzles mobile application (“Puzzloo”, “app”) provided by Yellow Whale Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”).
It explains how the current Puzzloo release handles information and the choices available to you.
Gameplay Information Stored Locally
Puzzloo stores gameplay information locally on your device. This can include puzzle progress, completed puzzles, scores, stars, coins, XP and level progression, streak information, achievements, hint usage, Daily Challenge progress, app settings and preferences, installed puzzle-pack metadata, and locally installed puzzle content.
We use this local information to save and resume puzzles and packs, operate Daily Challenges, maintain streaks, calculate achievements, maintain hint and coin state, and remember your preferences.
Device Storage
Puzzloo stores gameplay state and settings inside the app’s private device storage. Puzzloo does not currently upload this gameplay state to Yellow Whale Labs servers. Downloaded or installed puzzle content may also be stored locally on your device.
Backup and Restore
Gameplay progress and settings may be eligible for supported platform backup or device-transfer features. Regenerable or downloadable puzzle-pack files are intended to be excluded from backup. After restoring a device, some puzzle packs may need to be reinstalled while restored gameplay progress may remain available.
Platform backup and transfer are provided and controlled by your device or platform provider. Their handling of eligible app data is governed by their own settings and policies.
Information We Do Not Currently Collect
The current Puzzloo release does not operate systems to collect account profile information, email addresses through the app, precise location, advertising identifiers, contact lists, photos, microphone recordings, camera recordings, payment-card details, user-generated public content, or chat messages.
Puzzloo has no user account, login, social network, public chat, or user-to-user communication feature in the current release.
Analytics, Advertising and Crash Reporting
The current version of Puzzloo does not integrate advertising, analytics, or remote crash-reporting SDKs operated by Yellow Whale Labs. It does not use AdMob, Firebase Analytics, or Crashlytics. Puzzloo does not operate developer telemetry uploads in the current release.
Internet and Network Services
Core Puzzloo gameplay is designed to work offline. The current reviewed release does not require a Puzzloo-operated online account or cloud service for normal puzzle gameplay, and it has no active runtime HTTP or API service for that purpose.
Third-Party Platform Services
Puzzloo itself currently has no advertising, analytics, or payment SDK integrations. Distribution platforms and operating systems, such as Google Play, Android, or Apple, may independently process information under their own policies when you download, install, update, back up, transfer, or use applications. Yellow Whale Labs does not control that platform-level processing.
Children and General Audience
Puzzloo is a general puzzle game intended for a broad audience, including teens, adults, and older users. It is not positioned as a children’s-only application. Puzzloo does not currently require users to create accounts or submit personal information to play.
Data Sharing
Yellow Whale Labs does not currently operate Puzzloo systems that sell or transmit gameplay data to advertisers or analytics providers. Platform providers and backup services may independently process eligible information as described in their own policies.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because the current Puzzloo release has no Puzzloo online account, there is no server-side Puzzloo account profile to delete. You can remove locally stored Puzzloo data using applicable in-app storage or content controls where available, by clearing the app’s storage through device settings, or by uninstalling Puzzloo.
Where platform backup is enabled, backed-up data may be subject to your platform or backup-provider controls.
Security
Yellow Whale Labs uses reasonable technical measures appropriate to Puzzloo’s current local and offline-first design.

- Play without creating a Puzzloo account.
- Manage app data through your device settings.
- Uninstall Puzzloo at any time.
- Manage applicable platform backup settings through your device or platform.
- Contact Yellow Whale Labs with privacy questions.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Puzzloo may gain additional features in future releases. If a future version introduces cloud accounts, analytics, advertising, subscriptions, online content, or synchronization, we will update this Privacy Policy to reflect the actual behavior before or when those systems become active.
